Pregnancy and Infertility

I have been experiencing a pricking sensation in my clitoris and also pain while urination. I feel my bladder is full and need to urinate everytime. However I'm having difficulty in urinating.

I am on Dinogest 4mg since 4months. Right Ovarian Cyst size has reduced from 46x35mm to 36x26mm; left ovarian cyst from 36x27mm to 34x20mm in a period of 3months. But I have this problem of bleeding sometimes reddish brown blood with black discharge,sometimes red blood. Almost 20days in a month.. Doctor has now reduced dinogest to 2mg and advised to take Leuprolide acetate injection. Should I take the injection or continue dinogest?? Are there any side effects??

Pl described my usg report.Abortion done by medicine.After one month of abortion bleeding till now.but very low.

I have irregular periods since 2 months. Within that it came 3 times. Please suggest any medicine and is it related to any major issues

I am taking medicine my pill from last 4 months... But issue is same.. And this time I missed that medicine 5 days.

I got my period on the 14th of June (last Friday) And it went on till Saturday afternoon after which nothing till Monday. From Monday onwards it's happening again and not stopping. And my period is such that it has happened regularly till now for 3days. Is it something serious.? Should I visit a doctor.?

Negative HPT twice in an interval of 4-5 days. Periods are 12 days late, yet to come. Had physical relationship at 3rd day of the missed period, pull out method, unprotected. Could it be false negative or anything else?

My baby's head is upwards since last two scans. I am in week 35. How do I get the head down to avoid c section. Plz help.
