I am Missing my periods every alternative month from last 7-8 months. Also, the period date is now unpredictive.

I have been missing my period for two months now and it keeping worried need some help please.

I've been missing my periods since last year. i got married and then i started missing my periods for 1 to 2 months. and i gained alot of weight.

I have been missing periods from past two months .mrng womitings and headache .having gastic problem also. Blood platelates count is also less. before also the problem was there but not this serious as now

I have taken primolut n tablet but I am not getting period before one month i have taken i pill but my period for 30 days

I have abortion pill thn i got period bt next month i missed my period n after next month i got it but after ending of my period i have leocoria problem.

My gf not come period date of after 10 days plz tell medicine if come period immediately

My last cycle date was 23rd april and der was no periods in the month of may.. i had taken Meprate meds as prescribed for 5 days which got over on 11th june and aftr that i got my periods on 21st june i had the major pain n aftr that period came.. the 1st day bleeding was usual as other day cycles but on the second day i didnt got any bleeding which generally do not happen on ny cycles there was no flow and today is the 3rd still no blood discharge.. is it fine.. or what.. i had a sonography which says there is no pcos/pcod and everything was normal.. than why there was bo bleeding even when the cycle came aftr a month. Why such is happening.

Irregular periods problem due to iron deficiency. What medication can be taken. It happens every now and then
