Im a pcos and thyroid patient last year had a miscarriage and from that time my cycle went irregular last month my periods came on 16 with spotting for more than ten days and that was till 26 and from that day got my regular flow till 3  and it stoped and today on 16 of july again with spotting please help me as im waiting to be mom thank you

Hi Both of the deliveries i had were c-section. after the 2nd one i exclusively breastfed for 5 months. I got my first period after 7 months of delivery. Bad thing about that is my first period lasted for 60days and that too heavier than usual flow. Now i started tranexamic acid 500mg to stop the flow. Am going for pelvic organ scan once the flow is stopped. What should i expect out of the scan. What reasons can cause this heavier and long periods after delivery.

Dear Doctor, My test result for AMH is 1.45ng/ml. Underwent a USG 6 months back & found that as normal as mentioned by the doctor we consulted. Currently I am taking Ovygyn D3 every day after breakfast from past 10 days as my doctor mentioned that my AMH is on the lower side. I also take Folvite 5mg after dinner from past 45 days. I faced a miscarriage an year back. Can I conceive now with my aforementioned status? Could you please help letting me know what should be the ideal AMH number? Thank you in advance for your help.

Planning for a baby but periods are so irregular, got all tests and scans done but everything is normal. Everytime I see a gynaecologist they give me hormone pills. Which I'm not happy about.
