Pregnancy and Infertility

Age: 29, trying to conceive since 6 months. Have bilateral polycystic ovaries and scanty menses but regular. Had a blighted ovum last year. Doctor suspects anovulatory cycles. Tested FSH and LH. LH was high so she put me on ovralg for 2 months. Now LH has lowered. LMP: 5aug Follicular study: Day 3: no cyst seen (Took letrozole 5mg daily  for 5 days) Day 9: right ovary has 17mm follicle Day 10: 18mm Day 12: 24mm Day 15: cyst of 21by 20mm(hemmoragic septatious) Follicle was growing correctly but day 15 shows a cyst. Are chances of conceiving  still there? Also today is cycle day 29. Can this cyst delay my period?

My blood test result have shown lymphocytes at 54. estradiol at 227. luteinising hormone at 21.07. is that a problem?

What is the tablet to avoid Menses for a few days? Note: she is a lactating mother and feeds her child.

Hi Doctor, I have taken femilon 21 days tablet,after finishing 21 days, I took some medicine (itraconzole) for fungal infection. I am not sure because of that I didn't get my periods yet, it's been 8 days after I left femilon still there is no periods. My query is, can I start next course of femilon? Or should I wait till I get my periods? Please help

Female Age 31, Married having one 3year old Baby. Mensuration cycle appears Normally usually 28 days.. And period remains for 3-4 days... Sometimes slightly painful.. No any abnormal bleeding.. During regular check up I found in my ultrasound as mentioned below. 1. Retroverted Uterus 2. Left Ovarian Hemorrhagic cyst. Please advice if any treatment is required . Ultrasound Report attached.

Hi Doctor I have done my NT scan in that report Trisomy 21and 18is at low risk but trisomy 13 is 1:506 for fetal one and 1:557 for fetal 2 is it is high risk

Hi I was diagnosed with pcod with insulin in border line but now my insulin came down to 75 in fasting so does it mean that pcod is getting better..and reduced 5kg still am 74

One of doctor suggests me to take deviry 10mg 3 times in a day on practo for period delay. Is it advisable to take after breakfast also. Should I take 3 times a day? Does it have any side effects.? When should start before 2 days or 3 days of period?

I am taking Ovral L for PCOD and for making my periods regular. Yesterday night I missed my 15th pill (9:30 pm) and took it today morning at 7:30 am. Will it effect my treatment adversely? I am worried about my hormone balance... Pleased advise.
