Earlier i did not face any problem while having periods but  from 1 year i am having cramps breast pain legs pain.. is it normal to have these things and i got very irritated during my periods.. earlier these things didn't happen

Started taking regestrone 5mg bd from 18th September to delay the period which were scheduled on 21st. But had red spotting today evening. Kindly suggest if I increase the dose or stop taking it.

I had c-section on 18th aug. It's fifth week running and still I am having discharge. Though the colour keeps on changing, from yellow, brown, pinkish. Is there anything to worry? Do I need to take any precaution?

Usually will get period for every 30 days but this time delayed 8 days, checked pragnency it's negative, consulted DR and advised to take deviry 10 tablet. If I continue to take the tabs it will prevent pragnency / what will happen Dr says after taking tabs, after 2 das periods will come.

My serum prolactin is high at 39.24 My thyroid is normal at 1.06. My weight is 49 kg and height is 5'0 What dietary changes can I make in order to improve my health? Any foods I need to avoid?

Ultrasound report Both over are bulky in size with few peripherally placed follicles although stroma is not echogenic LH less than .300 Fsh. :.500 What does it suggest ?

I have been suggested by a friend to take vitamin B12 and Fish Oil capsules for painful periods. I had vitamin D3 weekly for 2 months and then once in a month for last 2 months. Should I go through any test or I can take these supplements directly? What will be the doses?
