Pregnancy and Infertility

I am having irregular periods since past 7-8 months and recently since last one month I am not getting my periods and there is only spotting.

I have my periods on 1st Oct.Since I am travelling on the same day,need to preponderance or postpone my dates..please let me know the medicines to be taken and from which date and till what duration.

Hi I was put on letrozole 2.5mg from 3to 7 the day of the cycle and today is 12th day my follicle size has reached to 26mm et 9mm taken 10000mg hcg shot yesterday  so will it rupture or is cyst what are my chances to conceive this cycle

One week before my period , I was okay and very good . Two days before my period , I started to get angry and lose it and crying , then when period begin I started crying none stop at everything , even things that makes me happy . I am very emotional , and I feel empty and depressed , and can barely focus on anything . School life has become torture and going to school everyday is imposible to imagine . I have hard time focusing on anything including school and any conversation . This all happened as soon as my period started . I noticed my acne increased& my breast got bigger . But sometimes I get very happy and normal , even life I used to be before ( those 5 days for now ) but I go back to feeling blue and depressed and very emotional during the day . Is this linked to my period ? How can I get treated if that's possible

Mansuration is not on time and getting delayed always. It is happening only 3 days. Also there are pigmentation on face and visible from far. We are trying for baby from last 7 months but no luck.

After conducting the anomaly scan, the doctor has advised us to come for a cardiac scan next week. On enquiry he said everything is normal and it's a routine process. Please confirm his statement. Also, his assistant was playing with her mobile while he was conducting the sonography and not recording everything the doctor uttered. Is it possible that the assistant had her form prefilled?

My kids is about 18 months and wants to stop  breastfeeding. Should I need to take any medicine for me or not..?

I am suffering with bleeding since last 2 months. Sometimes it stops for two three days and again it starts. I had ultrasound but doctor said everything is fine on it. I don't have thyroid neither I was on any birth control oo any other pills. I didn't have any sort of abortion also. Please suggest me any medicine.
