I've irregular periods and im taking contraceptive pills(doc prescribed) .. took tablet for 10 days and forgot to take for 2 days... should i expect my period? Or should i continue?

I ate partially raw poha or poha that was not rinsed thoroughly. While eating, i could taste medicine/preservative in the poha. I read online and it said that it is very harmful to the baby. I am worried. Will it cause harm to the unborn baby? I am paranoid because it is my first baby.
