I was on letoval and trigger along with duphaston for 2 cycles. In the third cycle, day 3 ultrasound shows follicles in right ovary at 12×14mm?? And endo at 6mm. Have been asked to take no medication or trigger this month and that it is a minor case of OHSS. Have been asked to try naturally. My question is if we try naturally this time are there any chances of conception? And when should we try?

I used Regestrone 5 mg,twice a day for 5days.it had been 5days after completeing the dose but still I didn't get periods?
