Pregnancy and Infertility

I Usually have 42 days long cycles and ovulate on cycle day 28/29. Can ovulating this late lead to non viable egg to release or can I still concieve and can the egg still be viable, healthy and of the right size?

She has not regularly period. Some time it regularly. She take gynecologist advice and take the medicine but after medicine 6 -8 month regularly period after that same problem occurs.

Good afternoon Age 32(G2/A1) My lmp was 18/11/19 but i dint conceived acc to this,n by usg it was found to be 9/12/19,im taking duphastone from 1st jan (miscarriage due to bleeding occured in oct19),should i resume it or should i stop,if stop,can it be stopped abruptly or slowly pls suggest. My mother is under medications for Polymyositis and schleroderma. In January she was having problem of heavy bleeding for around 1 month then after medications it stopped in feb but now again it started from 17th march, bleeding is less but it's been 12 days so we r worried.

Hi, My menstruation cycle is regular but the flow was very less and it is just for 2-3 days always. Then we consulted a doctor, she suggested transvginal ultrasound, oncotic cytology, vulvoscopy and colposcopy. On the results of these tests i got to know that i have anechoic cyst of 3.6cmx1.6cm in my right ovary. Now i want to know can i fix this cyst with medicines only or surgery is the only solution. Eagerly awaiting for your valuable suggestions.
