Pregnancy and Infertility

It's been 17 days that her menustration hasn't happened. She had tested with prega news but got negative result for two times. Last test have done by today. Just before lockdown she joined gym and practiced for 7 days then the gym closed due to corona outbreak. After that she hasn't get her period on date. Her weight is 80kg. Please help, what should we do in this situation? Please suggest if she needs any medication seriously.
