Pregnancy and Infertility

Im 31 years old. Having one kid ( 7 years old). I have overweight problem and hormonal imbalance. I have irregular period problem. From past 6 months i have regular spotting almost everyday before my period start. Periods last for 7 to 8 days. Before the periods start spotting will be there for 2 or more weeks. Completely 3 or 4 weeks of menstruation i can see. Sometimes it will be small clots. What might the reason? Is there any other issue other than hormonal imbalance and pcod. Once visited doctor a year before...suggested to lòose weight to balance hormones...hormones should be balanced to loose weight...stuck up...i dont have any past reports now to upload...kindly suggest

I delivered 1 and half month back. It was normal delivery. I am breast feeding my baby from start. Suddenly iam feeling tired, with back and stomach pain like how I used to feel before getting periods. But not having any bleeding. Feeling physically drained and mentally as well. Hey, so i have seen heavy leg breast pain during the time when my periods is going to happen. Have found some hard tissues while self examiningbut upon checking, nothing came as cancer. Can you tell me any possible reason for this. N i had a minor accident n my left breast jas bumped into the steering wheel some 2-3 yrs ago. So a black bruise like colour patch was formed on my left breast. And this pain is really hard, that tissue too but mo sign of caner, so can you pls help me knowing something more or this. That should i be checking up again or not amd maintaining diet.

My doctor prescribed zocon as kit tab.. Nd I hv 1 month old baby nd I breastfeed him. Is it harmful for my baby if I take zocon as kit tab?? Plz answer soon Thnkx in advance 🙏
