How to use lumia60k capsules can i take directly with water or can i chew, I don't understand how to take that tablet, plz suggest me can i take like we use normal tablets with water or can i dispersed the contents in Water, in strip u can swalow the whole tablet or disperse the contents in water like that wrote  on strip.. Am confusiong now how can i take that tablet..
