Pregnancy and Infertility

While in pcod we don't get menses on regular time then do we ovulate without getting bleeding?. I did not had menses since 10 months I need to know am I ovulated in those months or not!? How can we track ovulation in such condition?

I had c section three and half months ago. I have too much pain above the incision area . Incision looks clean and dry but can't lift baby .too much pain in abdomen . Pls suggest is it normal ?I have already taken pain killers.

My 32 weeks usg doppler report placenta position is anterior grade 3 and upper segment. Is there any complications in it. As I read 32 to 38 weeks has grade 2 and after 38 weeks it is grade 3. Is there any complications and preterm delivery chances.

I have completed my antibiotic course of Niftas as I was having pain while urinating. The 5 days course is completed day before. Today I had late breakfast and vomiting after that again the pain get started while urinating in the urethra and bladder. My period is also due by 3 days. Not having urge of peeing just pain while urinating and consistent pain. Took urispas for pain . Please suggest what should I do to cure this completely.
