My breast size is decreasing. I am married from last 2 years and I am noticing that my breast size is decreasing.

I am advised to take susten 400 mg from day 16 to 10days. My quiery only 10 days is enough or till I do preg check I must take it?? Or till I get my menses I must take it?? Please guide me
