Hello Docter, today my wife visit one Docter for consultation for bleeding but Docter asked for ultrasound and after saw ultrasound she told us for D AND C and also she told it will be very dangerous, so i am very afraid for my wife what kind if danger and what happened to her so please help me out it will curable or it is really very dangerous. For this I am attaching ultrasound report for your concern.

Symptoms: lower abdominal pain on the right side, Pain during nights only, mild headache, unable to sleep

I have done my era last week Wednesday.In early stage my blooding was normal. but since 2 days m getting heavy blood same like as my period. I have to use 2- 3 pad entire day.same blood clots are there as in periods. Since my period date was 27 aug how can it come on 18?. Is this normally happens in era? Like bleeding?

I feel inflammation while i pee and i constantly feel like i have to pee (even after pee).. what to do?

Dear Doctor I am a healthy person with no complications. I wish to buy periods delaying pills only to be consumed occasionally be it some religious event or some other. My periods are regular, I bleed for 5 days, absolutely normal with no pain and period cycle iz of 28 days. Please suggest me mild medicine to delay my periods. I do not wish to take heavy mg medicine. Thank you

Recently diagnosed with suspected hydrosalpinx after four failed ivf its been 6 months did not conceive so dr advice ivf again last time with my own egg and they will remove hydrosalpinx aswell but my dr told me first they will take out eggs and then they will do laproscopy and do frozen cycle later and other dr told me they will first remove tubes and after three months they will do egg pick up I am totally confused as my amh level has reduced to 1.45 recently plz advicw which is better this will be my 4 th ivf cycle

I have 2nos. Dominant follicle .. right ovary (18-19)mm and left ovary (20-21) mm I have couple of questions with respect to my scenario Q1. How will these rupture in natural scenario , if 21 mm follicle ruptures first what will happen to 19 mm follicle ? will both follicle rupture at once ? will only one follicle rupture at a time if so when will second follicle rupture ? Q 2. In IUI my doctor waits for natural follicle rupture instead of trigger shot ? I am confused that if I get follicular scanning on 19july Wednesday morning 10:30 am and on 20 th July 3 noon I get IUI done 29 HRS HAVE ALREADY PASSED ? and you are not sure when follicle ruptured inbetween ? Isn't the doctor fooling me and isn't it too late to do IUI and won't it be RIGHT TO GIVE TRIGGER SHOT AND KEEP CONTROL ON IUI TIMING ? Q3. Why IUI IS DONE POST FOLLICLE RUPTURE ON SCAN ? And under HCG TRIGGER SHOT U STILL GET 24-36 hrs before follicle ruptures ? Am I right ? But in natural rupture isn't it late

Hi Please refer attached abnormal values I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes on 14 jul (23 week) due to GTT 2 hr (178) I did diet control Today (19 aug - 28 week) I did glucose pp and it is normal My hba1c today was also normal (5.0%)  and estimated Average glucose was 97 mg/dL Is my gestational diabetes fixed ? What is ur advice ?

I have attached my usg report I will be going to dr soon but plz let me know abt this report and is this very bad as it was a repeat usg and what could be done for this problem plz advice
