I dont get my periods for some months... Like it comes and then the next month its not there... I even get light periods few months back i was using m2 Tone tonic

Is pinkish/light brown spotting before period a sign of period coming?? I am experiencing this from last one hour so I am confused

My mom is  46YO her Menstural Bleeding has not stopped even after 23 days.She has been taking regestrone 3 times daily.Her scan report showed she has adenomyoma & 2 fibroids1*1.6mm endometria thickness was 21mm & biopsy was done 3 weeks ago the report says it's thickened due to harmonal influence.During her previous periods bleeding stopped after taking divery but this time nothing is working.Her bood tests & urine routine results are normal. As the bleeding has not stopped even after taking regestrone 3 times per day for 15 days ,3 days ago the doctor gave pause injection & suggested to take tropic 650 tablet 3 times for 3 days with regestrone .Even after taking both the tablet her bleeding is not reduced. She says her bleeding is maximum in the mornings as soon as she wakes up. Because of the bleeding she is getting bad abdomen cramps. She is very worried that her bleeding is not stopping. Please suggest some remedy to stop bleeding. Is this problem normal amongst women of her age?

Hello doctor, My wife facing abnormal bleeding so for this issue docter did first D and C  in Feb 2020 after that medicine advise by docter she was take but due to lock down we not able to visit docter and she take medicine (crina ncr and savista) some time when she face similar issue. After all this she visit docter in this week and doctor again advise for d and c and some test. So please advise I am attaching ultrasound and one more test

Hello Doctor, What should be the baby size at the time of delivery? Please find attached my last ultrasound report which had taken two days before. Is my baby big in size. Is the HC big as compared to other body parts. Is my baby look like abnormal than other new born baby. Why my doctor is saying your baby head is big. I am very much worried. My mother is going through menopause.1 yr back her menopause started , her flow was too mich so doctor recommended her 20 day course ovral L . , after 5 days of every period cycle she used to take this medicine for 3 months then the periods were regular for 4 months, she stopped the medication for that period, then for 2 mnths , her cycle disturbed and she skipped her periods. after that in the 3rd month ( which was last month) she got her periods with a really heavy flow , to stop the bleeding on the 10th day of her periods she started the 5 days course to stop the bleeding plus the 20 days course of ovral , after those 25 days she again went on periods with the heavy flow, because of which she is feeling weak also. whe went for her full body check up and the reports are attached to it. right now she is on livogen, evion 400 and with 5 days course of Tenacid-mf, with her psoriasis medication. kindly check her reports and give the consultation

My dr. Has suggested to do bhcg test on day 28 of my period cycle..what it means n how this test to be done..plz guide..I have done follicular monitoring also in this month.
