I have been prescribed by my gynaecologist to use Freedase 30 to regularise my periods for 3 cycles as I have a cyst in left ovary. Will I get fat due to this medicine as I was seeing the side effects in google?

Last one year I am not having manstrabute period I thought it.is due to menopause but suddenly I am feeling little clots today it is due to weekness or what is the reason please suggest What is the reason

Suffering from heavy bleeding with clots on 2nd and 3rd day.Because of which my legs are paining a lot and heart rat little fast now a days..I think it's a low hemoglobin..in 2019 when I check my hemoglobin it was 8 and still bleeding heavy. Is fesovit tablet increase iron intake and does it have any side effects. Also if my hemoglobin increase then will the he at bleeding issue gets resolved. In 2017 I have suffered hyper acidity issue after that this heavy bleeding issue started. Pls. Help

Respected mam / sir, Today I faced an issue regarding my periods. Actually I have nearly five days for my periods but this evening when I went to pee I noticed some red thing coming along with my pubic hair but my urine didnot have any blood . I'm confused . Should I take it as my period or is that a symptom of anyother problem. I have my pms from today like backache ,legpain , cramps , moodswings etc...
