I have been prescribed for fas 3 kit. But I didn't understand when to use those 4 tablets and at what time .

Is it safe for a 14 year old to use tampons? Which ones to use first time and with or without applicator?

I am going to start using tampons this time and was wondering what can I do to prevent toxic shock syndrome.
