I have been taking folic acid 5mg per day over the last 2 months as prescribed by a doctor from my native place. Now, another doctor has prescribed me to take Nosifol-D supplements for 1 month to promote fertility and improve chances of conceiving. Is it advisable to take Nosifol-D supplements along with 5mg of Folvite? Nosifol-D contains 400mcg of folic acid per dosage.

My sister suffering from abdominal pain and bleeding like mensuration between normal days. She is a mother of a child, her age 22 and weight 58 kg. She visited doctor and doctor said this is Left ovarian cyst size 59×55 mm Cyst. Ultrasound Report: Slightly bulky Uterus Left ovarian cyst -? Follicular cyst Minimal free fluid in POD? Physiological/PID. Other organs are normal. Thyroid test report: T3 - 1.21 ng/ml T4 - 7.59 ug/dl TSH 1.76 uIU/ml. And heamogram test all are normal in range ex. Haemoglobin wbc rbc platelets lymphocytes etc are in normal range. CA 125 test result also normal 19.5 U/ml. What are the treatment and anything to worry please suggest.

I was diagnosed with PCOS 8 months ago although I've never missed my period but when my doctor recommended Yasmin I had the pill for a month then I dropped it because I got clear skin, regular periods, no hair fall but I started facing acne issue so I started it again but I had my last period on 2nd August then I had it on 13th Sep but it was more or less a drop. Still no period. What to do? Should I stop using Yasmin?
