Age 50. Thyroid positive. Issue of intermitted periods. Sometimes it bleeds less and finishes and sometimes it bleeds for over 2 weeks with clots. Kindly advise immediate medications for arresting the bleeding as she is losing energy.

Can we do hair wash during period? It is said that it is harmful to wash hair during 1st day of period. is it true or a myth?

I am 35 years married female got aborted on Sept1 medically. During the follow up USG I was diagnosed with multiple uterine fibroids. My next period came normal after 4 weeks of abortion but I started bleeding again once the period stopped. The gap between second bleeding which was heavy was only 5 days. My doctor prescribed me Lupron injection one each month for the next 3 months to treat fibroids and related bleeding. She also prescribed regestrone tablets for 21 days in the first month of lupron dose. Under the stress of my health, I said yes for the treatment but I am now feeling I don't want to go for second dose of lupron as this drug has known side effects. If I don't go for second injection next month will it change my body for bad or I can quickly return to normal. I had no other issues or diseases.

Hi, am having black clots on my period and my cycle is regular, sometimes it will come 4-5 days earlier, this month also my period occur 5 days earlier and having black clots, since my childhood I have seen black clots sometimes, is this normal?

I had a c section a month back but was still experiencing pain above my c section incision and was feeling was kind of hardness on my stomach since last 1 week. So i went to my gynae and she gave me tab chymoral forte and thrombin ointment to be applied on the affected area. I read that chymoral forte should not be used my breastfeeding mothers and babies, so is it safe or not becz i have a baby whois 1 month oldAlso 1 week after c section had a sudden rush of bleeding so my gynae advised some medicines and the bleeding was very slight after that and slight bleeding is still present till now. Is it normal?
