I had two D and C .. one in February and other in August this year. But again I am having the same issue and the Doctor prescribed another D&C. Should I go for another D&C? Or try some medications for few months

Heart beat of my baby stopped at first trimester scan at 13 weeks, every thing is normal in first scan and this happens in second scan. We could not get the correct reason.
