Hi doctor I'm 26yr female I have thyroid since 3yrs taking 25mcg and it's control I'm testing it every 3 months range is normal since 1.5 yrs , my periods are regular 27-30 days cycle , I am polycystic as well . I have done changes to my lifestyle since 1 yr which has led to my overall health development I'm underweight weighing about 44kg , so I'm often confused with diet as to what to eat and not to eat pcod and thyroid as I want gain weight healthy way . My lifestyle is as follow Daily walk 15 min , 10 min yoga Breakfast - usually South Indian but I add 1 banana or egg with it followed by tea or coffee Post breakfast after an hour I have fry fruits milkshake with peanut butter. Lunch - Basic home cooked with salad curd Evening - tea or coffee Dinner - Indian food usually roti Kindly let me know which are food I should avoid n should I avoid milk as milk is my favourite.

I get frequent yeast infection. Its like every month. I have to apply medicine to avoid it, but it comes back once I stop usage. Not able to solve problem even after consulting many gynecologist.

I have been spotting for 4 months , then doctor prescribed me with Norgestimate tablets. Im using those tablets since 8 months. Even though spotting has not been stopped. Diagnosed with pcos. Pap smear is negative. What might be the reason ?

I started taking Krimson 35 last month due to PCOS/PCOD as suggested by my gynae. On the last day of finishing my dose- i got periods (the bleeding is extremely low just like 1-2 drops a day) i do not even need a pad. I know i was supposed to re-start it on the second day of the period but i missed it. Now its the 6 th day of my period. When can i restart the dose now? Shall I wait for next periods? or take meparte after a month if my period doesn't comes? as it usually comes once in 2-3 months? or is it okay to start it now?

Hello Doctor, I have been facing irregular periods from March 2020 Earlier as well I used to get periods once in 2 months and all.But post March I have only got periods once in August that too after consuming Deviry 200mg as per doctors advice. What I want to know is what are the tests am I supposed to do ,if I have to show it to a Gynaecologist and get some clarity? Thanks, Surabhi

I am having spotting 3 months on a row.. But no periods... Last periods was on September... Taking thyronorm 50mg since 2 years... My TSH is 3.95.. Have diagnoses with PCOD last year.. Any suggestions or Treatment plan? TIA

Hi I'm completed 2 months of C section and tubectomy and I'm breast feeding mother and I'm still bleeding not heavy but lightly doctor suggested me to take a depo provera injection for one time.i use this injection one week before only.after using this injection my bleeding stop.but yesterday onwards again I'm spotting in brown colour discharge.why injection not working for me why I'm spotting.and I take a scan in that my endometrial Wall is 7mm.whats the problem why I'm spotting?
