Sir, my wife had C section delivery on 30 sep 21...after one month we saw that there are some open places of 1 mm width at 3 places at the incision site....is it normal... Will it heal automatically or I need treatment...what are the treatment options

I have a 50 days old baby. I feel like my milk supply has reduced. My breasts became so skinny and loose. I could see very less milk if I express with hands or pump. Please help me with this problem? Should I change my diet or any medications will help?

I have gastritis, my doc advised me to take Pan D for 10 days. But as a side effect, I get little secretion from my breast. This has happened in the past because of the PanD capsule. However I can't stop taking Pan D cuz it gives me relief for my acidity issue. Last time the secretion stopped on its own after finishing PanD course. Is it harmful?
