Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello Drs, hope you're doing well. Due to irregular periods i was on duphaston i got my periods on 29th sep i got dengue on 16th oct (i took duphaston on 15th and 16th oct) again after 16 days on 19th oct i got period for 4 days it was normal bleeding now i need to know it was due to dengue or duphaston that i got period and which date i need to consider for my last period either 29th sep or 19th oct kindly guide me

Hi for today m 28 week pregnent.. now going to hospital , I have lot of  pressure in my cervix.. I got cervical stich done at 17 weeks... But m feeling like cervix is opened.. Can my baby survive ? Today I will complete 28 weeks Please help

As per doctor permission ,after taking meprate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days ,this is the 3rd day of completing the course. Everyday I m counting days to get my period. My qs is counting days n bit stress will delay my period more after taking meprate also?

A well circumscribed oval shaped hypoechoic space occupying lesion of (size 15mm×11mm) is seen in upper outer quadrant of right breast. Two ther similar appearing  lesions(13mm×8mm and 11mm×5.6mm ) seen in subareolar region in right breast. Similar appearing lesions (16mm×8mm and 15mm×9mm) seen in lower outer quadrant and lower inner quadrant of left breast respectively.  Few small thin walled anechoic simple cysts seen in mammary zone in upper quadrant of both breasts. Rest of background  echo texture is normal. Rest of mobility of mammary tissue over chest wall is maintained. Lactiferous ducts are normal in course and caliber. Kindly suggest me what I need to do? Shall I go for any surgery or it is okay to take ny medicines? And what can be the consequences of the surgery?

Is it okay to get a brown discharge before periods begin or something to worry about since i havent got my periods yet
