Will anyone explains about the difference between cephalic presentation and vertex presentation. Whether both are same ?

In 2016, my right ovary was removed. In recent HSG test, it is revealed that left side fallopian tube is not visible. There are chances of blockage of left tube. Due to this I am facing problem for conception. What will be the best treatment for blocked fallopian tube. Is there any way to clear blockage of tube without any type of operation. Please advice further. Thanks

मेरे को अक्टूबर महीने में दो बार पीरियड हुए पहला पीरियड 11 अक्टूबर से 17अक्टूबर तक हुआ। फिर मुझे 22 अक्टूबर को बुखार हुआ। मैंने रात को बुखार की दवाई ली और अगले दिन मुझे क्लॉट्स और ब्लीडिंग होने लगी डॉक्टर को दिखाया तो उन्होंने कहा की हार्मोन इंबैलेंस हुआ है।मेरे सारे टेस्ट नॉर्मल आए थे फिर डॉक्टर ने 21days वाली मिनी पिल दी उससे ब्लीडिंग रुक गई थी । अब जब पिल लेना बंद की तो दो दिन बाद ब्लीडिंग स्टार्ट हुई सुबह के वक्त एक क्लोट भी आया मैं ये जानना चाहती हूं की ये ब्लीडिंग कब बंद होगी ।मैं unmarried हूं।

One year before my piriods getting delay it's 35 days or 38 days not more than that so i checked with gyny they told me to do scan so i did scan after seung my report they said it's pcod m getting right side pain when my piriod cmng . . So doc not gvn any tablet he told me to reduse wait when I was 88 now I m 74 and my piriods coming reguler it's 30 or 31 day now but I m getting heavy flow and like m feeling very week and pain right side and big big blood clots in flow ... It's remain 4 to 5 days.. pls help me about this problem what I should do ... 🤔 Waiting for reply

I had c sec on 26th Nov... from yesterday when I am breast feeding her, right side abdomen near pelvis it's paining a lot... it becomes severe if I breastfeed for more than 15mins... It becomes severe that I can't lie walk or sit down... and then the intensity calms down and the pain goes... but still on lying down while keeping the straight legs I can feel some pain on right side...
