I have been on antidepressants since last 6 months due to extreme suicidial thoughts and I attempted few times. This month my periods are delayed by 4 days and I have been feeling extreme bodyache and body shivering. My current antidepressants is desvenlafaxine 100mg and agroprex. Is prescribed medicine is good or not for my current condition?

Actually I saw a doctor regarding extreme cramps, about 15 vomets a day and excessive bleeding. She suggested me to have 2 meds which were primosa 500 mg capsule and Tranexamic Acid and etamsylate tablets. I've been using them for about 25 days and there was no noticeable relief. Apart from this, I have been diagnosed allergic to sulpha drug. So I wanted to know if etamsylate is safe for me to consume(I googled it contains sulphonic acid apparently). Please reply as soon as possible as i just got my periods and I need to take the medicine if it is safe. Thank you!

My gf' periods were supposed to happen 5 days before, but it's really going late this month. Her cycle is 31 days.
