I have my periods twice in this month ...first i have on 11 jan and now again i am having my periods ...what is the reson for this...this never happen previously with me

I usually do walking from 7-8 pm  or  from 8-9 pm ( rarely, if my husband is busy in work) before dinner from 7 th month. In 6th month used to do in evening. Now I entered into 9th month. When is the best time to do walking? Is it best to do after dinner or before dinner is fine?? Please suggest. Are there any tips to follow in 9th month? Thank you.

Because of wedding I wanted to delay my period so my doctor suggested me medicine to take one tablet every day at night till the date I want it to delay. Once I stop taking it I'll get my period within 4 days. Now I forgot to take yesterday night's dose and took the dose right away! Please tell me if this was the right decision? Any more suggestion?
