Pregnancy and Infertility

My Serum Progesterone level end of follicular phase(day 12) is 1.02,my probable frozen embryo transfer on day 14 was cancelled by doctor due to high progesterone level.That time(d3-d12) doctor prescribed estradiol valerate 2 mg per day 6 nos.but now doctor suggested only Norethisterone 10 for quick period.Now my question is how my serum progesterone will come to normal for frozen embryo transfer.why progesterone increase that time

I have been irregular periods since starting of period. 2 or thrice time in a year i have a periods gap of 2 or 2.5 month. I have got my last period on 29 November 2021 and till now I have no period. I want to conceive but due to my irregular periods it is not happening. I have married on july 2021

I went to gyanac after taking abortion tablets as prescribed he did sonography and told me sac is fallen out just some tissue remaining ...does it mean abortion is almost complete??

My friend had heavy bleeding for 10days in December... so she went for a scan and they said she has endometrial cyst and chocolate cyst.. Again she got heavy bleeding in Jan for 5-7days and she went for a scan again. This time chocolate cyst is vanished and endometriosis cyst of 2.08*2.08cm on right ovary And Pcos 3.1x2.1cm on left ovary.. Doct has prescribed Primolut-Nor tablets. Is this something serious to worry about? Currently she is abroad and Is second consultation needed?? Please pour some light on this.. I have attached the scan .

Having dull pain in right side of breast as well as under ribcage and back.my baby only feed left side...I also suffered from gastritis few months ago.
