My wife undergone a level 2 scan yesterday. Its mentioned" there is small Echogenic focus in left ventricle of the heart". What does it mean. Earlier we did nb/nt scan and it was normal Dual marker:- Biochemical 1:113 Trisomy t21 with nb/nt 1:600 With this outcome doctor suggested nipt and it came screen negative. Now what is this Echogenic focus in left ventricle? I am worried much.

If I have taken chorionic ganadoptrophin injection 10000 IU at my Follicule Size 20 * 18 MM..I check after 42 hours but my follicule not rupture and reach 22* 20 MM.. should I take other dose of HCG 5000 iu or still wait for another 10 hours please suggest..
