My sister is not getting her periods even after 9 months of delivery. She had C section . She can see some spotting and bloood clots in every 2-3 days .

I have been diagnosed with 32x33x33mm (vol 18.9 cc) Hemorrhagic Cyst in right ovary. My periods have been regular meaning I get them every month for 4 days with cycle length of 30-35days.
