Pregnancy and Infertility

I have PCOS issue periods will be irregular but now it's been 2.4yrs of marriage and I want to have a baby. But unable, so wanted an suggestion on this ..do I need to go on for some treatment or medication...as I was looking in internet where I saw some medicine called clomiphene citrate...should I need to take that tablet as in internet the reviews were really good for getting conceived easily. Please advise on this.

I started taking glycomet 500 mg to reduce weight. But I am having side effects like constipation, frequent urination, heartburn, acidity etc. Can I stop taking it ? I had it only for 9 days. I don't have blood sugar. Please advise. Will there be any problem in discontinuing the medicine?

Is it possible to have a period two times in a month. Is this dangerous or can be happened. I am also taking medicine of leg pain

I had a hisyory of miscarriage before one year at 6 week of oregnancy. Then after i had done all my investigation and also done with ovulation study since last 6 mnths. I taking Leteozilole from 3 rd day and Tab EV from 10 day to 13day. From 13 day i m taking Susten sr 200 once ay night. This mediaction i m taking sibce last 5 mnths. All my freiends adviced me to rake Duphastone tab instead of Susten Sr. My AMH hormone level indicate that I have law level infertility . So My doubt is that Duphastone is better or Susten Sr 200??? Bcz I knw that Duphastone also helps in infertility. Plz guide me proper.

I am 36 yrs old ,last year I had covid and was on oxygen and Bipap support ,after that I got then Black fungus, due to which I am facing other health issues now...last month I had severe pain in my left side of back , I got ultrasound done and was detected with kidney stone, I am taking medicine for that and also in Pelvic scan , I have PCOD , Please explain me what my report says, and I am taking Novelon Tablet for 3 months and also started Normoz tablet once in a day for next 3 months. Please advice these medicines are fine and do  i need to take more medicine as per my report readings.Please help

I had my period on 21/6. Now further my period start on 28/6. Is this dangerous aur can be happened.

I have tested my hcg on 14th day after ovulation. Ovulation was induced by hcg injection. The hcg value is less than 25. I have an endometriosis cyst on left side of ovary. Is the hcg in normal range?
