After delivery am not getting my periods regularly. And this time it's been 40 days and I have not get my periods. I have to visit temple this week for a function , please prescribe any tablet to get my periods

Hi, I'm going through IVF stimulation currently. LMP - 23rd July. 14 days injection taken however follicle growth is really slow. I have two follicles between 16-18mm, 2 between 11-12 and rest are between 9-11mm. Trigger shot is due tomorrow post which egg pick up will be done. Are there any chances of retrieving good number of eggs from this. My dr said we can't cancel the session as we have two three follicles that might respond. Any suggestion on this.

Hi, My doctor suggested letroz 2.5mg from day2 of my periods for 5 days. On day11 my right ovary follicle was 9*7 size and on day13 it was same 9*8 with ET 8mm. Why is my follicle not growing ?
