I had normal delivery on 2nd july 2022, following wich i had bleeding for 5 days then it bcum light and started off with on and off spotting . Today 39th day and yesterday i got periods with modarate flow is this normal.

Is pomegranate juice or pineapple core advised to be eaten?

Implantation bleeding
How can I differentiate implantation bleeding from my period? I wasn't supposed to start my period until next week but I observed some spotting last night and a bit more bleeding later on. Not sure if it is my period or if it is implantation bleeding. Please advise.

Ultrasound says anteverted uterus
Bilateral chocolate cyst measuring
Right ovary cyst 6.9*4.5cm
Left ovary cyst 8.5*4.9cm
What does this mean???
