I delivered a baby on 25th July.. i m breastfeeding.. it's been six weeks I m still having periods.. it is not heavy flow. But m still having. Is it normal?

Good afternoon sir /mam , I'm 26 years old ,i had 2 c sections ..i had period issues,for that I'm on medication .since few days , sometimes I feel pain on my c section scar .when i touch I feel a larg chickpea sized hard lump on the right side under c section incision ...pls help me ...is it okay ..or do i have any issue

My follicular size on day 15 was 12 mm. My doctor has prescribed taking duphaston 10mg for next 14 days and and start HMG injection from next cycle. However I want to take HMG in next to next cycle instead. Should I be taking duphaston this cycle or in next cycle?

We married 6 months ago and we planned for family planning but by mistake this month period not came properly, and we check using prega news and tht comes positive, thts way we taken mifepriston with misoprost-200 combination, after tablet taken my wife getting period with heavy stomach pain with heavy bleeding, and after one day it comes normal bleeding without pain, and  from to till  now 15 days running , but bleeding not stopped, it's comes to little, How can we stop the bleeding, and there is no any side effects about bleeding

After my egg ruptured doctor suggested me progesterone tablets ..I have alot of mood swings irritability and anger is this because of progesterone or am I conceived

I have diagnosed with endometrosis in 2020 and get the lapro and hystero  done in 2022 for the same the docotors found adhesion they have treated that there was no cyst. my tubes are ok. Dr prescribed me letroze 2.5 mg for 3 months for conceiving naturally. The 3 months are over. So in 4th month i have stopped taking letroze and dr. Advised us to go for fillicular monitoring. My period cycle is of 32 days on day 15th my egg size was 18mm. Dr. Has given me hcg 10000 injection and after getting morning and evening scan for next two days almost(72 hours)i came to know that the egg has not ruptured so on 3rd day evning dr. Again gave hcg 5000 shot then again we got the scans done in next day morning and evening still it didn't rupture and the egg size was 26 mm. Then dr. Told us to try for one month more with other trigger shot if the egg will not rupture even after that then she suggested to do ivf. In 2021 also egg didnt rupture. Pls suggest what to do
