Kindly suggest about normal range of Trisomy 21 Biochemical risk? As my wife dual marker test report shows Biochemical risk 1:445 and combined risk for Trisomy 21 is 1:2265...Is there any concern for biochemical risk??

My periods is delayed this time. I spoke to dr Mrunalini & she asked me to get thyroid & prolactin test done. I have got the reports to share with her but she is never available. I have shared the reports with her but no response. I need urgent consultation. Please help.

Hello, am 41. My periods are regular, every 30 to 33 days. I have on and off spring during certain months exactly between 11th and 13th day of LMPand it stops. Like ovulation bleeding. When i say sporting is mostly discharge streaked with very light blood. My LMP WAS DEC 5TH. I traveled by car the last two days for almost 20 hrs and yest I had the same spotting, just once, discharge tinged with blood. Then it was fine. I exerted a Lil that as well while cleaning abd same thing happened after. Can this happen due to stress and exertion? Or because my period date is 6 days away? Also I have a polyp. We are observing it for now. It's 1.0 *0.9 cm for almost 1.5 years now. Last scan was in sep 2022.We have considered removal but did not see any problems yet. So not decided yet. My Hb is 10.8, hba1c is 6, all other tests are normal including papsmear.Please advise. Thank you

I had c -sec delivery on 16 dec, my period going on upto 8 days after that stopped ,today 30 dec I take massage on my legs ,hand and back . During massage bleeding is started agn . Is it normal? Or any problem???

Hello, I am 28 yrs old and have conceived naturally. However, during my 7th week fetal viability scan, it showed the baby is only around 6 weeks old. My LMP is 30 Oct 2022. The doctor has prescribed progesterone tablets and also weekly HCG. Can anyone let me know if it's fine if I take HCG injection, as it is not so natural. Thanks in advance!
