My gynecologist told me I'll be soon entering menopause this cycle for the 1st day just had spotting and it stopped. So is this the symptoms of it or what exactly it is. Will my periods discontinue forever or it will come at times.

When to start ovral I contraceptive tablets and how long it takes to show it's effect. Thank you in advance.

I was diagnosed with pcod in year 2015. Last year I took ovasitol for pcod for 1 month. Recently i had my full abdomen ultrasound and my uterus were normal and nothing written about uterus. I asked doctor and she told me no cyst are present now. I got my period on 10th of this month but this time my period was slow and took almost 15 days to over. After end of period too , i get reddish discharge at least one time a day from last 5 days. What should I do? Also , m suffering from anxiety disorder so taking ciplar la 20 and beta anxit from Last 1.5 yrs.

I started a weightloss plan before 15 days as part of which I am doing workouts daily while maintaining a calorie deficit diet. My periods have always been regular until now but now they are 2 days delayed. Is my excercise routine impacting my periods and should I need to be worried about it?

Hello, am 41. My periods are regular, every 30 to 33 days. I have on and off spring during certain months exactly between 11th and 13th day of LMPand it stops. Like ovulation bleeding. When i say sporting is mostly discharge streaked with very light blood. My LMP WAS DEC 5TH. I traveled by car the last two days for almost 20 hrs and yest I had the same spotting, just once, discharge tinged with blood. Then it was fine. I exerted a Lil that as well while cleaning abd same thing happened after. Can this happen due to stress and exertion? Or because my period date is 6 days away? Also I have a polyp. We are observing it for now. It's 1.0 *0.9 cm for almost 1.5 years now. Last scan was in sep 2022.We have considered removal but did not see any problems yet. So not decided yet. My Hb is 10.8, hba1c is 6, all other tests are normal including papsmear.Please advise. Thank you
