From my last anomaly scan, it says lower end of placenta is 2.1cm away from the internal OS, attending office regularly, is this a matter of serious concern??

Hi, I had regular 30 days menstrual cycle without a miss since from my puberty but after having my baby it got changed to 28 days and now 26 days ... I delivered a baby on Dec 7th 2021 and it's been a year now still it hasn't got back to 30 day cycle... Is this a concern or it's normal??? May i also know which day would be the ovulation day and what are the best days to have a 2nd baby... Thank you

The date of the last period was 02nd dec 2022. This month she missed her periods and when we test, test kit showed 2 lines (1 dark pink + 1 light pink). Since 04-05 days, blood spot was seen during urination in night (03 days in last 05 days) So we consulted a doctor. She recommend sonography, wherein no sign of baby in uterus is found. Doctor recommend further test. Shall we go ahead?

Hello! Am in my second trimester and am advised to take calcium,vit d3 , zinc magnesium combined tablet every night post dinner. The tablet is big and very hard also so i couldnot swallow, tried to swallow twice but gor stuck, then i break it and chewed and swallowed with water. Will there be any side effect? Can i take it like this? Adviced tot ake for six months even post delivery. Plz advice.
