Hi doc Can you please review my kidney function report. I am worried about my creatinine levels. Although it's in the normal reference range of the lab, I want to know if I can continue with high protein diet since I do rigorous workout and consume chicken breast and eggs on daily basis. Thanks

My father is on dialysis from past 17months. Last month he got herpes on his back from that FEVER started still he having a chill and fever and haemoglobin declining. All test CBC,KFT,BLOOD CULTURE,URINE CULTURE ALL ARE FINE EVEN MALARIA. Doctor can't find what exactly the issue when patient getting chill and then fever arising And once we give crocin 650 he sweat and temp come down to 99 And he also have lot of acidity and burps Because of that he getting chest pain and sometime getting problem to breath. Ct scan for chest is also fine Stool negative Not getting any solution please reply

Hi, I have random itch in body without rash. It can be felt on feet, hand, arms, thighs, back , face ... anywhere randomly. Please let me know what could be the reason. Is it because of hot weather? Or anything related to kidney as my phosphorus was marginally high 10 days back i.e. 4.6 . I had RIRS for kidney stone earlier 1 and half month back

My father is diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stage 3-4. His creatinine level is 3.8, Are there medication that maintains the creatinine level and slows the progression of CKD as well as reduces the chance of dialysis.

My father is suffering from bilateral chronic renal kidney disease. He is taking dialysis from December. Many times he feels heaviness in chest like something stuck in his chest. And often he gets cold. Any solutions for this issues! Is this very common or very serious for a dialysis patient?

Hi my father is 58yrs old. In 2020 he had a severe brain stroke he lost speech and movement in right hand and right leg. He had high blood pressure and high blood sugar he was under medications. Since from few days his right leg which was paralysed was swelling. We took him to neurologist,Doctor told its because of kidney deranged function and prescribed some medicines. I have attached the photo of my father's swollen leg, blood sugar test reports and medications he take regularly. Is that medicines goes well or should I consult neurologist or urologist. Please suggest. Please help my father get recovered soon. Thank u

My cousin had kidney transplant scheduled in May end but yeaterday he got diagnosed with TB. I want to know if he can be operated as per defined interval if not after how many months he can be operated as TB takes around 6-9 months to cure

I see foam/bubbles when i urinate sometimes it disappears quickly and sometimes it remains on the surface. Dr. Did kft, lft, cbc, lipid profile, urine r/e. My creatinine is 1 mg/dl , Urea 17 and UPCR WAS REPEATED 3 times in 3 months result was .02, .07 and .03. protein in urine r/e shows negative. All reports were normal except ldl was 150. Please suggest what should i do to find the cause.

Hi all, I am having fsgs with creatinine levels as 6.0 and I was operated av fistula 3 weeks back. For now I was asked to undergo dialysis through neck as hand made fistula works only after 45 days by my vascular surgeon. could you please let me know if there is any waiting period to get dialysis done via the operated hand.
