My mother is having polycystic kidney disease..Dr. asking us to prepare for dialysis..can u please help ..is it necessary to do dialysis?

Sir i was suffering from nephro syndrome as i was having hypertension from past 3 years and sometimes its coming around 1.3 also...but bit fluctuation which is coming below 2.So is there any other suggestions which i need to follow..

I have consumed water in petrol bottle mistakenly in the morning empty stomach assuming water in normal bottle, also I have vomited it, is there any harm to me, pls suggest any medication, i have no symptoms Pls suggest

As a routine test i have done these bcoz i did suffer from recurrent renal stone, now i see that my kidney function test is abonrmal my creatinine and phosphorus level is high i am so much paranoid.is it kidney disease? Is it going to progress to the end stage where dialysis is mandatory..i am going through sleepless nights i am just 30 years old,am i going to end up as a kidney failure patient i have uploaded the report

Hello doctors- my uncle has got a creatinine level as 10 and has no symptoms at all ,he is still fine and good.Can creatinine be brought down with only medications without going to dialysis.

Tested suger at home almost 2 hour after food it show 210, am I diagnose with diabetic I am 36 years of age. Should I check in empty stomach, should I take any medicine
