This is lavanya, age 24,iam feeding women,I have short temper with in minutes, very angry any time. Way of taking very hardness, I can't control myself ,also depression when our fighting complete, some times sad high emotions I can't control emotions at the day iam confused My daily works , lose of my memory, please tell me what happened to me

I get annoyed very soon. I don't think about anything I just react to situation. After a few minutes I realise what ever I spoke or reacted was not necessary.

How can I get my medicines prescribed by my doctor.As I am traveling I am unable get the same despite having valid prescription.

Is consulting a Phychologist necessarily means years of medication? Are there any non medication based treatments?

Over two years ago I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder. I recently joined an online support group for that. I mentioned that I have trouble focusing on things I enjoy, like music and video games for more than a minute and just read a few lines of the comments and move on. I was told I may have ADHD too. I tried thetotallyadd quiz and got a 17/18.

I am been afraid of things, crying, dont feel like going out or meeting anyone. I want to do many things but no proper direction. LOST

My Sister has been having a severe Anxiety attacks from the last 2 months. The doc has prescribed Pari CR and Rivotal which is not helping. She gets very Boisterous, her nerves start to pulling. She feels very hopeless, and full of fear. She does not feel to do anything. Please help.

My palmis always heated so that my mind does not work properly and I feel very mental tiredness it was heated up to 4 or 5 days continuously

From last few months I suffered for some depression,tension,anxiety and headache. Can't concentrate in any work. Can't sleep well.
