How long a gap should be left between the consumption of paracetamol and mirtazapine (45mg), I have a cold and depression. Without the paracetamol I cannot treat the cold, without the mirtazapine my depression induced insomnia prevents me sleeping.

I need a psychiatrist who can resort to counsel.................................................,,,

My mother is suffering from depression, she attempted suicide once, has been hospitalized twice, refuses to continue taking the medicines, sometimes becomes angry at me and shouts, Recently she is not taking her food properly, is very quiet all the time, always looking down.

Becoming worse day by day...taking peaks at stress time.. started nearly 8 years before but perhaps problem was there from birth... stressed,, anxiousness...lack of confidence... compulsive behaviour... boring life

It's almost been a month i get irritated by everything. I shout on people for no reason, i get angry on small things and it happens daily now. I can't figure out why this is happening. If you can, then please help me.

I constantly feel anxiety in my heart. Which gives me lot of mood swings and hence I many a times react on situations rather than responding. I always feel lethargic and don't feel like doing anything than resting post office hours.this has caused weight gain as well which makes me feel more depressed.

Hi sir , I have OCD diagnosed by a psychiatrist 2 year back,I was on sertraline,then changed to fluoxetine and lastly I took paroxetine,last year end I discontinued taking drug because of the side effects,now the symptoms become more worse and have social anxiety too...help me

I'm 21 yrs old female for past 3 yrs I'm facing problems in learning and remembering things. I have difficulty in remembering faces and names and even words. I have also developed a stutter wand it's like I have forgotten how to pronounce various words. Before I wasn't very intelligent but I was an average student. Now I'm facing so many problems.

I feel scared and irritated both when i step out in public places. Feels mix of both. Recently lost mom, someone said i have adjustment disorder n borderline depression. But I feel somethings not right. I prefer sitting in dark room with no lights. Even sunlight bothers me. Every day passed makes me feel like a step closer to mom as i was responsible for pushing her to die post signing DNR sheet. As it turns dark at night, it increases. I shiver, don't feel like eating, get fever, stomach gets upset, and whole body aches, every possible joint n back. I see mumma around and in dreams but she doesn't talk to me. May because i killed her. What's this? Can anyone explain?
