I am suffering from panic attacks for a month.i also feeling my heart not beating property every day.i have major depression

When it happens, I blackout for some seconds. Sometimes it happens in my sleep and a severe headache follows

I am always worried , i overthink, i always cry, i am stressed out. My love life , my family , my study , my economy nothing is at the good state. I feel like m gonna die.

I am very disturb due to my anger . When it's come I lost everything in my mind and I behave like a devil. I do not want this bt still it happens and due to my anger through out everything here n there and beats my son which is not good for him. Plz help me due to this my life become hell.

Well, I am kind of experiencing much mood swing. I mean during morning I can be having the best day of my life feeling and during day time or more accurately few hours later(4-5hrs) I feel like I don't have reason to live anymore.

Got engaged with a guy..not happy..in a dilemma now..please help me out.feel very low and dont know what to do.

Dear Sir, Im 35yrs man, im not a complete man, in my challenging life i acheived in somewhat level in professional life but recently i fall in love with another man, he only came to prosposed indirectly, but now he refused me, we didnt any physical relationship yet, very decent and honest love between us, now he left me, im in trouble pls save me

Sudden lack of focus, everything becomes brighter,frustration, unsatisfied breathing,heaviness on heart, sometimes breathing problem lasts whole day, sometimes the are few instances in a day

I HAVE BEEN GONE THRU DRASTIC MOOD SWINGS NOWADAYS. LIKE INJUST ONE SECOND I FEEL SAD AND ANOTHER SECOND, I FEEL HAPPY. I CAN NOT SLEEP PROPERLY WHOLE NIGHT. SOMETIMES I CRY AND EVEN I DONT KNOW THE REASON. THOUGHTS OF SELF HARM. I USE TO GO FOR A COFFEE WHEN I FELT SO. BUT NOWADAYS COFFEE ALSO DOES NOT WORK. I ALSO USED TO TAKE SLEEPING PILLS.

My father in law expired in 2010. Since than my mother in law is living with my sister in law at Noida.She use to take esperzin plus tab that to 1/4 tab at night time. From last six to eight month medicine is not a valuable in market. Now she feels depressed, not watching movies or TV , Don't want to go out. Always lying on the bed. She is diabetic
