I can sleep fine during the day but not at night. sleeping pills are not even working. Why can't I sleep. Today I even woke up early and did not sleep during the whole day.

No sleep . Nothing Total hopeless. Its killing me. Destroyed my life totally . Cant live anymore.

I am 50 years old. I can't concentrate while reading/studying. I read one line and my attention escapes elsewhere. I start daydreaming, role playing. To read one para of any stuff I take hours. But if something is interesting, I binge. Like, I have seen the entire season of Game of Thrones or House of Cards at one sitting. But this does not happen with fruitful things like studying to acquire a skill. Do I have a problem. Is there a treatment in Mumbai.

My cousin's mind and heart is disturbing from 1month.he always thinking about suicide.

Is 10 temazepam 10mg (no tolerance) plus vodka (200-300ml) and their regular 100mg pristiq enough to kill someone? Should they be taken to a hospital?

Hi just was wondering, I have suffered for 40years with depression I am 57 and transexal pre op . I have slight tinnitus which gets worse when I get stressed. My eye sight goes a bit narrow when stressed also my mind feels like it is spinning. If my temper starts to go, my body tingles and I have to walk away and if possible go to bed in the dark. In have tried twice to kill myself, last time a year ago. Am I heading for a break down , my sleep has been bad for years so i take nital or zopiclone

My mother is a high BP patient from last three years. She is taking regular medicine as prescribed by doctor. From last 2 months, she started facing headache problem which becomes severe sometimes and during that point of time. She loses her senses and not able to open her mouth too. Cardiologists says This is not because of BP. Please suggest what could be the reason for that.
