I had a severe panic attack early this year and like few days back also Its like at any given moment I'll lose control of my mind and body, I'll want to scream but i can't. I'll want to run but it's running right with me. I'm like mentally chained up l can't do anything without constantly thinking " Is it going to hit me rn?" I just can't even go to mall alone. I'm aware that people don't get this and it sucks

Hi Sir, I'm Yasmin,my mom she s phsyco patient always she use to speak and shout about camera, someone is speaking about her only. On june 13 th we have admitted her in Spanadana Nursing Home at Rajajinagar for 5 days.Doctor told we have to continue 6 months tratment but she is not ready to take treatment, she is telling im not mental why i should take medicine. I get bad dreams very often. Due to bad dreams after waking up I get headache. sometimes I even sweat while sleeping or see a bad dream. And afterwards I'm unable to sleep. My bad dreams are mostly related to my emotional.

What I want to know is if frequent urination causes me anxiety and panic or anxiety causes me frequent urination?
