Hi doc how do I know if I have anxiety ? I have been depressed all time and when I told my friend they were saying I have anxiety !

Is it possible for me to have a panic attack every time my parents curse, argue, or yell at each other? if not how do i explain the feeling of dread. the instant tears and choking feeling the heavy breathing. the shaking? can i get over this?

Have to get certain persons in my thought as soon as I get up if not then need to keep sleeping and getting up till I get it right . Then take sedatives to sleep even if the whole day goes doing the same thing till right thoughts don’t come. These thoughts have to come for every deed done throughout the day, selecting clothes , bath, food anything and everything.

Weakness daily and sleepy feels dont know how to get rid of the same pls get me to resolve

Well I have always experienced memory losses, for example in exams, I jus go completely blank. I always had mood swings n am taking medicines for depression. But recently while I was on ma way to the lift from the parking lot at my workplace, I jus went completely blank and couldn't find ma way. I also have a very hard time remembering the details of the tasks I did a day before, am a programmer at a start up, so when a lead asks for clarification about a particular task I did a day back, I fail

My mother has been suffering from insomnia and depression for 2years.....but after having treatment in aiims(delhi) She got well,almost but somedays ago she became same...can not sleep,din bhar tension karti h(ki wo ab kabhi thik nahi hongi...and bahut paisa barbaad ho gaya unke treatment me) Plz...suggest us what i shoul do

I have been to place for the first time ..since then I have a weird feeling.as if I knew it before and some one close to me is there.the places in that area weresooo familiar to me and I knew them and I have these weird vintage visions of me walking in that place..why is this happening to me?

I'm not able to concentrate on studies even after staying away from all distractions. I'm scoring very less marks and since it's 12th grade I might need counseling a soon as possible. Hope you can help :)

My son 8yrs old. Very smart very active but very arrogant and very much angry. Recently he not able to concentrate on maths . Very rash cycle driving
