I have anxiety and Gerd,I can't manage my stress im having physical pain.can't sleep have shortness of breath

I've been on this medicine for bout 3 months and it's been causing bad symptoms to my body I have scoliosis, shortness of breath, OCD ADHD PTSD anxiety depression and bipolar and I was wondering if you would know if there is a drug free medication that I could take?

I was In a relationship wid a gal for 5 years. We were in live-in for 1 year. But under family pressure she married someone else. She didn't contact me for 6 months. Now out of blue we are chatting for last 20 days. She regrets and says her husband ignores her. She wanna come back . M confused n in severe tension . I m 24 shez 26.

For years I've experienced general anxiety and have always had issues with low self-esteem and confidence. I get really anxious in social situations and when I go out in public. It has now got to the point within the last year or two where I've become almost house bound. The anxiety leaves me worrying constantly and I've even had episodes of stomach/bowel issues. I seem to be very sensitive and get overwhelmed easily and have difficulty sleeping. I'm on sertraline but I don't feel it's helping.

Is taking bcomlex and Niacin good for depression and anxiety and any other mentally related problem please advice. thank u.

I m lhaving mood swings sice 3 days as i have had breakup and i m ready to accept things that suddenly happened even Im not able to.Sometimes in a day or night m happy sometimes Im not.I feel uneasy, unwanted ,unvalued and least intrested to do anything.

My brother has chronic schizophrenia. For several years he has taken medication from a qualified doctor everyday. These days I think he has eating disorder and drinking a lot of sugary drinks. He is overweight. His behavior is often destructive and sometimes violent in a paranoia way. Please give me some advice.
