When a car goes by, I want to jump in front of it. I want to cut so deep that I’d feel myself fade away. I feel numb. I feel tired with no motivation. I scratch myself until I bleed. Sometimes I don’t know if I exist. I hear voices and see shadows but I know they aren’t real. I want to scream and cry and someone to listen to me. I’m angry and want to be destructive.

I am survivor of narcisstic abuse.i may be suffering from ptsd due to narcisstic abuse,

I am worried and have depression due to my little height... Please help me... I over think about it.. I am suffering lack of confidence due to short height... I think people do not like me or I am not attractive. Please help me

I feel like having an extra marital affair would get me some peace and fun and happiness. But my 2 year õld is stopping me to take any such step. I feel useless and suffocating. My husband is least intrested in my stress or problems because I know he himself is in a huge financial stress. We did go for a vacation last month coz he felt we need some relaxing time but frankly speaking it didnt make me happy or charged up. I feel no good or better. I am only with him coz of my daughter and I feel guilty abt it. So I feel like for time being if i can get in to an extra marital affair.. P.s. Ours is a love marriage.

I am 17 years old but I am not able to concentrate even if my exams are tomorrow I feel empty , unhappy and fries without any reason ( like emotional outburst) sometimes recalling past . Should I consult a doctor?

I am mentioning two particular situations when i felt like i am about to fall down . 1. When i walk around 2 to 3 kms i felt some disturbance in my head like vertigo 2. When i go to shopping mall , after roaming some time there i felt the same disturbance in my head like vertigo.

I just want to die because of people at school i just want to die so bad of lock myself up in my room for a few days or months i am 15 and i just want to do it and get it over with.

I feel hopeless and feel trapped. Its been five years to my marriage & i feel as if I have been jailed. My in-laws dont allow me to lead my life in my way. It is like their house, their rules. They dont allow me to move out of the house alone in the name of security. They play diplomatic roles and emotional blackmail happens daily. i dont feel like talking to anyone. I can't concentrate on anything. I feel hopeless and wish to run away from the house or die. I get frustrated on my child.Help me!

I have been dating since seven years i don't know that my boyfriend loves me or not now because in our relation everting was right only when i listens to him and accept what he says but now i m against him i usualy lives at home but from last five months i  was in delhi first time there i meet people and made friends including boys also when i told my boyfriend from that day problems started and i m in stress from five months because he is not leaving me and asked me that i should stop talking to every guy i was attracted to one guy in my group because i was so tensed that time because my bf stalks me whenever i was with my friends now i am at home i just talk to those friends than also my boyfriend have problem he asked me to block everyone i am confused what should i do he does everything for me care for me helps me but he  never understand my point he can't tolerate if have a group he wants that i am his only he says i can do anyting for you i can give you anyting what should i do..
