Hi , I am 27 year old female..I don't know what's wrong but I get so much hyper at small small things l..I feel so much negative and I complain about everything..I have so much of mood swings I don't know why but I want to be happy which I am not even after trying..please suggest how to overcome this depression..I am working IT professional and staying alone in house..

Hello Ma'am, i have been experiencing severe anxiety issues for the past couple of years. And even thinking about consulting a doctor. But I feel anxious about making an appointment. You can see the dilemma. I have other health issues, chronic aches and the fact that I have to live with it is making me feel hopeless. I wish to consult you in person. But I am unfamiliar with the process. Can you please explain how your typical session works. The timing and duration, your process during the first session, etc. And I don't see Anxiety/depression terms in your list of specialities. How well have you helped patients with said problems? I really need some help.

Doctor, my mother has been taking medicines for schizophrenia since 2 months. Her first dose was 1 trinicalm plus, 1 topirol 50 in the morning and 1 trinicalm plus at night. After 2 weeks her dose was increased to 1 trinicalm plus, 1 topirol 50 in the morning and 2 trinicalm plus at night. Now currently her dose has been increased to 2 trinicalm plus, 1 topirol 50 in the morning and 2 trinicalm plus and 1 topirol 50 at night. She's obese and also used to take medicines for high blood pressure

I have had bad interaction with people in the past. Im not the best when confronting people when they have wronged me and sometimes I feel like its my fault. I feel like everyone hates me. I feel like things are slipping through my fingers. Im losing friends because I withdraw and I feel depressed. I eventually will lose all my friends and be alone. I dont want to feel like this so I start inhaling rubbing alcohol and it helps calm me down and even doing this has became an addiction. i need help
