Kidney Problems

My brother had complained of pain while peeing and ejaculation. Upon consulting an urologist he was diagnosed with chronic prostatitis. So he underwent semen culture test thrice. And all the three time it came back positive. After the first report he was put on IV thrice a day for seven days. And since it came back positive after the first round again he was put on IV again twice a day for seven days. again after that it is positive. They had checked him for resistance and was given antibiotics which were reported sensitive. At this point we are worried and not sure if our doctor is on the right track so before we could book an appointment with another urologist wanted to get some suggestions here. Is it normal for semen culture to be positive for this long even after antibiotics. abdomen and pelvic scan, cbc, creatinine all were normal. uroflow was below normal. what else should he get tested for.

URINARY BLADDER is well distended and shows wall thickening measuring upto 7.6mm. Previous 326cc post void- nil is the USG report I have taken antibiotics but still no relief what can it be

Please suggest Ubiquinol Co-enzyme Q10 medicine brand name for men fertility issues. Also suggest best medicine or supplements to improve sperm quality without any side effects. Don't suggest any ubiquinone Co-enzyme Q10. Need of Ubiquinol Co-enzyme Q10 minimum 300mg or more .

I am diabetic since 3 yrs and since one year I was using regular medicine such a dapefy  which never caused any issue but recently I had blood check up done and my HBA1C was 7.9 and the same doctor has prescribed me SITARA DM 1000mg but as I started taking the medicine within a week I started developing a lot of itching and discomfort in penis,also some white discharge I was getting and my foreskin became very tight. When I try to pull back it doesn't retract and will pain .Doctor has told me to stop using the tablet and changed to tab  gemer sita and anti biotic for infection in penis. I have got minor relief but still the tight foreskin issue is still there and I can see the white kind of thing. I consulted urologist and dr has told me that I need to have a circumssion+frenulopasty to be done after examining me. I am feeling worried because I don't want to get a surgery just because of side affect of drug. I never had any kind of issues in penis in my life and now sexlife is impcated

Before 3 years i faced kidney stone problem... After a course of medication its cleared...now im suffering with magnesium deficiency and having some pain in lower back and the pain spreading to leg and feel swelling in rite back hip..am passing urine normal no more oain at all... My doubt is can a kidney stone make this kind of pain and swellings

I am facing frequent urination from march 2nd .. i took all test like blood ,urine , culture test , uroflowmetry, ultrasound kub but all the test are normal but still not able to control urine frequency.. I am able to hold urine for even 3 hours .. but that sensation remains for me always I too tried anxiety tablets and oab medications .. but it didn't stop .. in starting the problem started with low urine just drops .. later after drinking buttermilk and electrolyte and oil bath soon urine turned white color but still the problem didn't solve .. can any doctor please help me .. first it started with frequent urination problem later even i developed anxiety problem

Hi, I am seeing since 2/3 weeks that my penis shaft under the foreskin has became reddish and little itchy. a little burning sensation sometimes. I find white substances while cleaning around the shaft under the foreskinNo issues with urinating. I had unprotected oral sex around 3 months ago . Any suggestions, what shall I do ? Or what could be the reason for this ?

Feeling discomfort & burning on penis mostly at top & sometimes whole penis. It's intermittent.l & manageable . Sometimes urine split.. Attached pic. What could be cause??
