Kidney Problems

My mother diabetic since 20 yrs. Serum creatinine 1.9 in blood. High albumin in urine 458. Blood sugar came under control by insulin just a week ago. Otherwise HbA1c around 9.5. BJP 160/80 mm.

My father experiencing pain in lower stomach while urinating and urine is also not getting clear. He is also feeling little pain on the left side and stomach is little upset too. He is talking silodel 8 daily at night, what else can be given ?

My dad has excess urination problem from quite a long time. As per the reports there is no infection however the number of times he goes for urine is way too much even though he doesn't drink much water. Also there is no control over the urine due to frequency. Is there any permanent solution for this? Is there any surgery that can be done to fix this problem?

H i Dr, my father is 71yrs and from yesterday his pulse rate is fluctuating a lot from 46-94 and the doctors said its because of several urinary track infection

I am diagnosed with epididymitis pain 3 months back then I completed full course of antibiotics...there is no swelling...but mild pain is there... During initial days If I walk,doing any activity there is pain...but now I can walk or jump.... there is pain only when I think about it..? Is it may be psychogenic pain..?Pain will be caused due to thinking about pain?

Due to excess of water in body unable to move much, water stored in joints and stomach. Usual body weight should be 48 - 50 based on condition but now weight is 62 KG

Doctors have recently guessed that she has takayasu arthritis and the reason is unknown. Artery leading to her right kidney got blocked and hence regular blood tests are suggested. Her e-gfr value is 50, should I be worried

Creatinine level is 1.26... should i go for medicine...what is the normal range of creatinine and what is the dangerous level...
