Kidney Problems

Good morning, I'm having mild pain in lower left abdomen. The pain come and go. It occurred a few days ago then again on yesterday. Ultrasound report is attached which says mild pelvicaliceal prominence in left kidney. Kindly suggest.

Sometimes I get pain on the right side just above the thigh bone. It's not always. It will stay for couple of days and it's back to normal

Is it possible to get treatment for urine leakage through video consultation, since it is not possible to visit hospital as of now. Any generic medicine that can help

I have pain sometimes in lower abdomen around two inches below navel. Pain also there while  applying pressure while  urinating but no burning sensation while urinating. Pl advise

From the past few days, I'm having a feeling of continuous dripping/leakage of little bit of urine even though I empty my bladder most often and completely. My father age is 71 and cretaninin level in mobth of Jan is 1.42, also he is having high blood pressure as well as type 2 diabetes, HbA1c Is 7.9 My question is that one of the practo doctor suggest me to give nefrozon Tablet twice daily for 5 days, is it safe for him and for what purpose it is prescribe pls tell pls
