Hi..my grandmother is hospitalised and she has 30% heart pumping.In this case can you please guide if its advisable to go for kidney dialysis.Looking forward for your expert opinion.

I was sitting for a while and when I got up, I experienced almost severe glans pain as if someone is pressing it from urethra. It lasted for about a minute. In the next minute, it became mild and stopped. Its not there now. I don't have urine related problems/pain. Should I worry? (I have passed kidney stone before and had balanitis, 2 months ago)

I have got positive urine culture with gram negative bacilli and few drugs sensitive are nitrofurantin ,amikacin ,moxifloxin gentamicin ,as it's a long uti so I had ciprofloxacin for about month and my wbc are around 4800 so kindly suggest me best dosage of above antibiotic and can I have amikacin shots together with antibiotic and for how long as iam dealing with burning micrturition and pain ful ekaculation from last 4 months pls suggest me best dosage so that I get relief asap pls any experience doc as iam.in pain plsss
