Kidney Problems

I am having 3 stone in my both kidney less than 3 mm. I noticed that my urine is coming 🔴 red from last week. I have also got urine test. Report showing Blood in urination. Please tell the reason why blood is coming and what should I do.

Lobun forte, nefromega forte, sobinix, cinod 10mg, Febutaz 40mg and Met XL 50mg. Can I take covid vaccination? If yes, what is it? Covishield or Covaxin? Will this vaccine damages my kidney more? I have right side abdomen pain and right back also... My usg scan showed 1 kidney stone 3.6mm... My urine test came normal ...My question is do I have to take kidney blood test  to check my kidneys are in good condition ? Or no need to take kidney blood test?..please advice
