I have a pain under my urinary area I took Covishield Vaccination on 09.06.2021 and from that day I have slight pain And particularly in the evening after 6pm pain is getting increased

Need to consult a urologist for urine complications. Past two weeks, there is urine issue. I feel an urge for urine but while urinating no flow is noticed and sometimes it does not urinate.

Whenever I consume  foods like coffee,biscuits or foods that are heat to body I get burning and itching in urinary tract which leads to urine frequency from past one month. It happens very frequently.please advise whether I need to get any tests done or medication to be taken

Though The intake of water is very little but I urinate many times in a day in summer also, will it lead my kidneys to spoil in future?
